Katie Juran is the founder and principal of Juran Strategies LLC, a communications consultancy that helps organizations navigate growth, transformation, and change.
With more than 20 years of experience leading communications at Intuitive Surgical and Adobe, Katie has built teams and functions from the ground up, guided business transformations, and shaped corporate and product positioning that builds trust and drives results. She’s known for her ability to turn complex challenges into clear, credible communication that connects people to purpose.
Her work has supported major milestones—from organizational shifts and new product narratives to M&A integration and culture evolution—and strengthened engagement across employees, leaders, and stakeholders worldwide.
Katie holds a degree in English Literature from Stanford University, with overseas studies at Oxford University. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, mystery novels, Bay Area sports, and the outdoors.
